We're glad to announce the new Born X Leonart series, a way back to the essence of what the Z2 is. A street custom bike brought to legal street use. Stripping away but its legendary design lines. There's nothing over imposted in the new Born X Leonart Heritage Z2, with a closer look just subtle changes and big upgrades inside and out.
Probably one of the most challenging proposals that came to our hands, and for sure the worst looking "before". Will be hard to recover that little SR 250 but we trust inside this large amount of crap there is something that should bright, somehow, it will be hard but we're gonna find out.
Build in a Rush and made specially to attend some of the funniest-best-ever events made in the world of dirt-track, this little machine features a fibreglass body and the fuel tank is covered with a bunch of carbon fibre left cuttings, we did design and 3D print a fully functional twist throttle and add some good mood with the FMF exhaust integrated with the dorsal seat panel, plus a ultra grippy food-pegs.
We are very happy with the final result and proportions, weights and lines of the whole design.
We've been working against clock to have ready this little "Rat´n´Rad" for the next Rookies, we resurrect this bike from the backyard and make it in a week, it full of imperfections and won't be the fastest but we love it because of that.

BEST ENTRY LEVEL KIT
SUZUKI VANVAN 200
More kits are being installed, this time into a brand new Van Van 200, we've been requested to add some special features like the RAW tank finish and the fork protectors.
The Essence Kit is composed of a bunch of super-easy install and affordable parts, its a perfect entry level into motorcycle custom.
We are very close to the end for this small Honda CBF 250, you can check some of the process into the BMCO youtube channel and stay tuned to discover the final result very soon.

Another Vanvan with The Beach Kit, this time Olive Green version looking pretty cool in combination of the Wengue saddle.
Nice weather is showing up, so perfect time for a fun ride with the just finished Yamaha SR 250 "miss co", definitely those tires holds whatever you throw on them. Constance did the style while Manel did the wild!.
Again a Suzuki RV125 Vanvan made in combination of the Essence Kit and some universal parts of our catalogue this simple modification manifests that with just a few parts its possible to reach a look that embodies lightness and minimal. The accentuated original side covers of the bike painted in yellow just as the corporation color of Suzuki and the stripped apart tank as many builds of this house makes the final touch on this little.
Now a Kit that don't need to change the original fuel tank, a seat that matches with the repositioned tank (brackets included) will make much easier to modify you bike in a simple and minimal way, this saddle is created to match both tank and original covers without giving a impression of a imposted look, in addition we create a special brackets that will move the tank this little something that makes a lot.
A bunch of feelings come along when you know its the last time of something, sadness for the end and happiness for the work and goals accomplished, this is the end for this limited series of 30 Tracker, time to stare the past and see all we have learned, knowledge that for sure we'll use into our future projects.

We did install this Beach Kit to a new Suzuki RV125 VanVan, the result looks very cool with the new seat shape, more integrated in the rear fender and tank.
New bike is on the hip and its a scrambler, actually a newer version of the Tracker model this time with more aggressive look and refreshed design with better ergonomics, clean and rider-focused character, it features a Supertrapp exhaust as usual in our multi-terrain commuter machines and better stance in general.
We rebuild a used bike to turn it into a Tracker. The result its pretty good and the dark marks on the used exhaust it gives some personality.
He're is comes the original Suzuki Van Van 125 with one of the Beach Kits installed, this time the costumer ask for a green olive matte finish including to colorize the fenders, we are not much like green color but we can paint it if you really want it... no problem... at all...

We're happy to present you our latest bike we did, this time we where ask as request if possible to make as much parts in metal that usual without get apart from the powerful look of the Tracker, so here's the result, hope you like it!.
The Honda Rebel its getting ready, we just need a few more days to assemble everything up and get the bike ready, its just that we cant hold to show you some pictures yet, its has been a full tune up of this little Honda and we think the results will amaze any enthusiast.
We are just making the final retouches of the upcoming new buid, the RALLY, a variation taken from the Tracker with highly worked sub-frame and bigger tank for longer crossings, major front fender for better mud protection in the dirt.
Soon we'll post more picture of the final result into this website and usual channels.
