See under some pictures of the process and the final product.
Nice weather has come in this winter weekend , so we "finished" this custom made rough tracker in a rush and take it out to make some ride with it. Pretty noisy and pretty comfortable instead of you might think with its steel bended saddle. Xavi says it handles perfectly and the tires give to him a lot of confident in corners, even in the very hard dry sand tracks.
In the other hand we think this bike ain't finish yet and we think it will never be. A truly fun machine that we will not hesitate to take it out again if we have the chance.
Built at ASD Motorsports in Charlotte, North Carolina, over the course of two years, the car is based upon a 1965 Ford Mustang notchback—the iconic pony car, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year. The car was heavily modified by RTR and ASD Motorsports to feature a 410 cubic inch Roush Yates V8, with 845 hp, mated to a one-off Sadev all-wheel drive system. The styling for the build harnesses a mix of influences and inspirations that include the current crop of WRC cars, DTM cars and even toy cars from Block’s youth. These elements were harnessed through a collaborative effort between Block and RTR—since RTR is known for their Mustang expertise—and incorporated into the build.

We got a message asking to make something similar of the Tracker and mixed with some bits of la beach, taking as donor the Hyosung Karion 125. After receive the motorcycle it started the job, we have never seen or put own hands into a Karion and some issues start to appear after take off all the plastic covers, for example, the weird frame forms that we had to re-build in order to get the correct balance we'd like to reach, we tried to get a rough, strong and square look in the whole bike, sharp and aggressive.
Below those words you can see some of the transformation process.
We are doing a commissioned work and we are enjoying as never before doing it, we can't wait for final result more than its owner, the feeling that we have at this point is sick, the donor bike is a hurly burly wheel Hyosung Karion 125. The costumer send it from Italy and ask us to build some tracker style with it.
Enjoy the process, more pictures will be post here soon.

Powered by 1.000bhp supercharged V8 from a drag car, this near 1.300kg trike is said to be capable to reach 321km/h. Its owner, Tim Cotterrill, who commissioned the machine to his own design from the same company that made Jay Leno's tank car, has only mustered the balls to hit 257km/h though. Should he ever reach Vmax, there's a parachute on-board for extra braking.

finished in daytona orange paintwork similar to the original R 90 S, brushed areas from the custom aluminum craftsmanship can be seen in the tinted areas of the front fairing and tank. contemporary LED elements light up the face of the bike honoring its ancestor with a round headlamp design. additional key highlights include the front cover of the engine the valve covers and exhaust system designed by sands, which are painstakingly milled using a contrast cut process; striking an alluring contrast to the black mechanical components. this technology was also applied to the rims, whose classic design recalls the racing triumphs.

Bottpower has a deep know-how acquired in Motogp, WSBK and the CEV (Spanish Championship), which is used to design and build concept motorbikes, from race prototypes to street legal motorbikes. From a single unit till short series. The BOTT XR1 is one of those examples.
This first XR1 has been customized with a lot of elements. The silencer instead of the original one they used a Torque Hammer which is smaller, lighter and improves the engine performance a little bit. Besides the silencer, the front fork and 8 pistons brake caliper are from a Buell 1125. Front master cylinder and clutch lever are from ISR (including the push buttons). The bike aslo has a Motogadget display, and an Easton handlebar. Rear shock is an Öhlins from the Buell 1125 race kit.
Both the chassis and the subframe have been clear coated in such a way that you can see the welding cordons.
For all the fashionistas out there it doesn't sound like there are any plans to put this into production. If you want to know the real history about this bike follow the link to a Triton café racer Toulouse, France - this beauty was for a photo shoot at Chanel's Rue Royale boutique in Paris.
